Where can I shop for ZAGH products?

What are your working hours?

Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 6 pm.

Saturdays by appointment

Friday is off.

What are your pieces made from?

Unless otherwise mentioned, ZAGH jewellery is only made from precious metals namely 18 karat gold and 925 silver and natural material: precious/semi-precious stones, pearls, ebony, wood etc. 

How long does it take to process online orders?

Please allow 3-4 business days for domestic orders and 4-6 business days for international orders.

How long does it take to ship the order?

Orders are shipped though insured courier service within 2 business days for domestic shipments and 5-7 business days for international shipments. Our courier service will contact you to arrange delivery details.

Tell me more about your gift-wrapping service.

All ZAGH orders are shipped in our branded boxes and shopping bags.  A gift receipt is also possible upon request with the price of the piece removed.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer worldwide shipment on all orders.  Local custom duties are not included in the shipping cost and assumed by the customer.

What is your repair policy?

ZAGH offers free servicing on all its products for a period of 3 years. We are also happy to service all our pieces for a minimal fee after 3 years. You will need to drop off the piece at our show room together with the date of purchase or call our customer care number +2 01066696968 to request a courier pick-up. Depending on the nature of the repair, it would take 5 - 20 working days for the repair to take place.

Can I order a piece that is currently out of stock?

Depending on the collection and year of production we may place an order for a piece that is currently out of stock.  The easiest way to inquire is to email care@zagh.com or call our customer care number +2 0106 6696968 or submit an inquiry through the contact us section of the website. 

Are financial transactions on zagh.com safe?

Yes zagh.com is buildt on a leading e-commerce platform that uses secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to protect and encrypt its transactions.

Do you use real diamonds?

Yes, all diamonds used by ZAGH Jewellery are VS, G-H colored and exquisitely cut near the top grade classified excellent or very good.  We guarantee conflict-free diamonds purchased from renowned suppliers compliant with UN resolutions.

Do you make special orders?

Can I exchange/return an Item I bought through your website/showroom?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept the return/exchange of undamaged, unworn or a full priced item with any manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase.  The original invoice must be presented together with the item at the time of receipt together with the original packaging.  The return will be approved after inspection to ensure it has not been worn or damaged.
