Orders placed on the zagh.com are shipped through our courier service. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for delivery. Orders placed on after working hours, on Friday and Saturday or on public holidays will process the following business day.

- Zone 1 – Cairo: Standard Shipping EGP 120 / Express Shipping EGP 200
- Zone 2 – New Cairo/Sheik Zayed/6th of October: Standard Shipping EGP 180 / Express Shipping EGP 330
- Zone 3 – Rehab/Madinaty: Standard Shipping EGP 200 / Express Shipping EGP 330
Standard shipping delivers 2-3 working days. / Express shipping delivers next working day.
Please note that shipping on orders above EGP 15,000 is complementary within Greater Cairo.
Shipping charges for orders outside of Greater Cairo

You may choose to pick up your order in our showroom in which case shipping will be complementary.
Order will be delivered to the customer’s address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
International Orders
International orders take 5-10 business days to process and depending on the country of delivery, shipping cost ranges from $60-$100. Shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance and local VAT and administration fees to shipping company shall be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s).
